The Ponca Tribe of Nebraska is happy to announce that we are offering a FREE 8-week Nutrition Education class designed to understand eating habits and provide tips on saving. This is sponsored by the Iowa State University Extension and Outreach program. A new recipe will be highlighted each week, with students having the opportunity to cook and taste each dish.
