The Ponca Tribe of Nebraska is seeking member input on a Tribal-specific Hazard Mitigation Plan (HMP) for our Service Delivery Area. An HMP identifies vulnerabilities to natural hazards like severe weather disasters and identifies strategies to reduce those risks. The primary focus of this planning is to preserve and protect the Ponca Tribe’s infrastructure, facilities, residents, elders, and culturally significant sites.
